PORTLAND, N.D. (KFGO) – A Portland man was flown to a Fargo hospital by Sanford AirMed after crashing the motorcycle he was driving in Traill County near Portland Sunday night.
The State Patrol says the 36-year-old man, who’s name has not been released, was headed north on 149th Ave. Northeast when he failed to make a curve in the road. The motorcycle overturned. The patrol says the driver was not wearing a helmet and suffered serious injuries.
Driving under the influence charges are expected according to the patrol. The crash was reported at 6:50.
