FARGO (KFGO) – A Fargo man is facing charges after telling Fargo police he was selling drugs.
Court documents say Kohl Anderson, 26, was arrested Tuesday after officers searched his home in Fargo.
Officers say when they arrived, Anderson broke and jumped out of a window at the home. Anderson was arrested and searched by officers.
Court documents say Anderson had $1,432 in cash and a plastic baggie containing 6.3 grams of suspected fentanyl when he jumped out of the window.
Two bags containing approximately 28.9 grams of suspected methamphetamine and 2.3 grams of suspected fentanyl were on the floor in Anderson’s bedroom
Court documents say police also found drug packaging materials on Anderson’s bedroom floor and items such as pipes and bongs used to take meth.
Anderson pleaded guilty to possession with intent to deliver fentanyl and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.
Court documents say Anderson has had seven previous convictions for drug paraphernalia since 2021.
