FARGO (KFGO) – A Fargo woman was arrested early this morning after throwing rocks through the windows of a pickup and kicking a police officer.
Court documents say Tokeya Oldrock, 22, was vandalizing a pickup that belonged to a radio station at 2720 7th Ave S when officers were called to the area. Officers say Oldrock had thrown rocks through the rear passenger and back window of the pickup.
Officers say Oldrock was overly intoxicated when they tried taking her into custody and she began yelling and threatening to kick officers.
Court documents say when an ambulance arrived to treat Oldrock’s bleeding hands, she kicked an officer once in both legs. Oldrock was treated for her injuries and put in the back of the squad car. She was taken to the Cass County Jail.
Oldrock faces charges of assaulting an officer and misdemeanor charges for the damage to the pickup.
