WEST FARGO, N.D. (KFGO) – West Fargo Police Department and Fire Department will be conducting active shooter training at the Rustad Recreation Center tomorrow and Wednesday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. They may be seen carrying firearms and moving in and out of the building. The public can expect to hear loud noises and yelling in the area, but no live rounds will be used during training. Emergency vehicles may be seen with emergency lights, however there is no safety concern to the public. The training exercise will not be open to the public.
