A 38-year-old man, known to police as the “Butt Sniffer,” was arrested in Burbank, California for allegedly sniffing a woman’s behind inside a Walgreens store. Calese Crowder, a registered sex offender currently on parole, was recognized by Walgreens employees who reported the incident to police shortly before 11 p.m. on Friday. Officers responded, spoke with the victim, and took Crowder into custody nearby without incident. This was Crowder’s second arrest in Burbank for similar behavior. In July, he was arrested for sexually harassing a female customer at a Nordstrom Rack store, where surveillance footage showed him following a woman, crouching near her, and inappropriately sniffing her buttocks. Crowder has a history of committing such offenses in Burbank and Glendale dating back to 2021, according to police. (NBC Philly)
