Maintenance Monday:
Shave your legs. Wax or pluck your eyebrows. Do you have stash? No problem. Get rid of that too! Chances are you won’t see anyone after all this work but your legs won’t itch anymore and in general will feel better.
Hair Mask:
1 teaspoon of honey
1 egg
1 tablespoon of Apples Cider Vinegar
Leave on for 30-40 Minutes
Early Bedtime:
If you have the ability to have a nap today DO IT. Whether your schedule has completely flipped or your mind won’t turn off. Most of us are feeling a HUGE lack of sleep right now. It’s time to refresh. If you don’t have the option to nap. Go to bed early. Even an 40 minutes earlier than you’re used to will make a significant difference in your week.
Facial:
1.Start off with a facial steam…
Pour hot water into a large bowl.. add some of your favorite essential oils if you have them. ***WARNING*** Do not fill the bowl to much and make sure not to get too close to the water.
Carefully hover your face above the bowl with a towl over the back of your head to make sure the steam doesn’t come out the sides.
2. Honey Exfoliant
Mix a tablespoon of raw honey with 1 teaspoon of water and spread on face. Spread on face, avoiding eyes and leave on for 2-5 minutes. Wipe off with warm water.
3.Oatmeal Mask
Combine 1/2 cup hot water and 1/3 cup oatmeal/quick oats. Let cool for a couple minutes and then add in 2 tablespoons of yogurt, 2 tablespoons of honey, 1 tablespoon mustard and one egg white. Mix well. Apply mask to face and let sit for 15 minutes. Rinse mask off with warm water.
4. Apply your favorite face moisturizer!
Bubble Bath:
1. Pour yourself a glass of wine.
2. Fill tub with hot water. Add essential oils or bath salts or bath bombs. Milk and honey are a common thing to find around the house that you can add to your bath as well.
3. Lay back and relax.
Mani/Pedi:
1. Make sure to wash hands and feet with soap and water before you begin.
2. Soak hands and feet in warm water before you begin.
3. Remove calluses and push back cuticles. Buff and shine then prep for polish. Apply a base coat and then your favorite polish!
Journal:
1.Make yourself a cup of tea.
2.Find a quite place. It may be difficult but find a quite room in your home. Maybe its your bedroom, living room or maybe even the bathroom floor.
3.If you don’t have journal. Use printer paper or any the of notepad.
4.Start off with writing down what a full day consists of for you. Followed by what your life was like before self isolation. Then what you hope your life will be like once this is all finished. Write down goals you have. Thoughts and positive wishes for loved ones and anything else you want to get out on paper.
