After the Twins 6-3 win over the Astros Monday night, roster moves were made Tuesday afternoon going into tonight’s game at Target Field. Catcher Ryan Jeffers was put on the 10-day injured list with a left Hamate bone fracture, relief pitcher Garrett Action was transferred to the 60-day injured list with a right shoulder strain, relief pitcher Justin Topa was designated for release or assignment and third-baseman Royce Lewis was sent to AAA St. Paul.
Right-handed pitcher Travis Adams, infielder Orlando Arcia, and catcher Alex Jackson all were called up from St. Paul today. Zebby Matthews will be the starter tonight against Houston’s Lance McCullers Jr. 6pm is the pregame show on KFGO.
