Devon Driscoll, 26, was arrested for simple domestic battery following a dispute at her Summerfield, Florida home Tuesday night. Police responded to a 10 PM domestic disturbance call where Driscoll “advised she wants her ex-boyfriend and ex-girlfriend to get kicked out of the house.” Driscoll told officers she “was in a polygamous relationship with the two but has since broken up and wants them out.” Her former partners were identified as Anicia Bolivar, 25, and Christopher Rosario, 27, who share a daughter together. During the incident, Driscoll allegedly struck Bolivar in the head on the front porch. Bolivar said she pushed back “in self-defense,” causing Driscoll to fall down steps at the doublewide mobile home. Rosario corroborated Bolivar’s account. Deputies determined Driscoll was the aggressor and arrested her. She was released and ordered to avoid contact with Bolivar. (Story URL)
