Nov 2 (Reuters) – Keysight Technologies on Monday named insider Jason Kary as its next CFO effective December 18, succeeding Neil Dougherty.

• Kary is currently senior vice president and president at the company’s electronic industrial solutions unit which makes products for automotive and semiconductor industries
• Dougherty, who had been with the company for 30 years, served as finance chief for 13 years
• The Santa Rosa, California-based company also said it would not update its previous outlook for quarter ended October 31
• The company is expected to report fourth-quarter results on November 19
