FARGO (KFGO) – A Moorhead man has been arrested and new charges have been filed against a man already in the Cass County Jail in connection to an armed robberies in Fargo.
Charges of armed robbery, terrorizing and theft of a gun have been filed against Eddy Weah of Moorhead and Erick Scott of Fargo.
They’re accused of robbing a man on September 6 and taking a pistol, 40 THC cartridges, a quarter pound of marijuana and $400. Court documents say the victim told police he was pistol whipped and had a gun pointed at him by the men. Documents say police would like to charge a third person in connection to the robbery, but North Dakota court records do not show that any have been filed.
Last month, Scott was among three men arrested for a separate armed robbery of the same victim a few days later on September 11. A fourth arrest connected to that robbery was made later in September.
Scott, along with Kennedy Dolo, Gregory Rogers-McKinney and Dajeveon Williams are all facing charges related to the September 11 robbery. Weah is only facing charges for the September 6 robbery.

After the second robbery, the victim told investigators about the September 6 robbery, where he said he did not report it because it involved the sale of illegal drugs.
Everyone charged in connection to the robberies is younger than 21. Williams is from Fargo. Dolo and Rogers McKinney have permanent addresses in Moorhead.
