HANKINSON, N.D. (KFGO) – A Hankinson man is facing two felony terrorizing charges after allegedly threatening to shoot the handle off an apartment door.
Richland County Sheriff’s Office deputies say they received a call reporting that Ricardo Perales, 32, was threatening to break into an apartment on Main Avenue in Hankinson. The victims told deputies that perales was yelling and they believed he had a gun, he allegedly told them he would shoot the handle off the door to their apartment.
Court documents say when deputies arrived, they found Perales in a stairwell holding a crowbar. After he was arrested, a prop gun was found in the waistband of his pants.
The call came in around 1:30 a.m. last Saturday.
