EAGAN, Minn. (KFGO) – The Vikings have signed wide receiver Odell Beckham, Jr. one day after the Giants released the three-time pro bowler.
Beckham played in one game for New York this season. He didn’t get a reception and was targeted once.
Head Coach Kevin O’Connell is familiar with Beckham as he helped the Rams win Super Bowl LVI over the Bengals when O’Connell was Los Angeles’ offensive coordinator.
The Vikings also signed wide receiver Jeshaun Jones to the practice squad. He was suspended for three regular season games in August for violating the NFL’s substance abuse policy and was released during the last round of roster cuts before the regular season.
This all comes as star wide receiver Justin Jefferson didn’t play against the Dolphins on Sunday because of an ankle injury.
