FARGO, N.D. (KFGO) – Police officers help two people and their pets get out of a basement window during a two alarm fire.
Crews were called to the 800 block of 7th Ave. N. in Fargo around 1:15 AM on Tuesday, September 29 seeing heavy smoke and flames coming from a second floor apartment.
The fire was put out in 10 minutes.
The fire department says a tenant found officers on a nearby, separate call and told them about the fire.
Two apartments have significant damage and two people are displaced.
A cause is under investigation and no one was hurt.
