MOORHEAD (KFGO) – The Moorhead Police Department is requesting the public’s assistance in locating a missing 22-year-old woman following concerns for her welfare.
Ella Rice was last seen wearing a gray sweatshirt and gray sweatpants. Police described her as 5 feet 6 inches tall and 155 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes.
Investigators believe Rice is driving a black Cadillac XTS sedan with Minnesota license plate 3DN499.
Anyone with information regarding Rice’s whereabouts or who may have seen her vehicle is urged to call dispatch at 701-451-7660 or contact local law enforcement.
