GRAND FORKS, N.D. (KFGO) – Grand Forks Police warn parents of how easily children can connect with strangers on Snapchat.
Department officials say a child added a person who sent them a message asking “Do I know you?” A video call started and a man rubbed his nipples and moved to his genitals.
A parent found out and ended the call.
Authorities say there were no messages before this suggesting the man knew the person he was talking to was a child.
