BISMARCK, N.D. (KFGO) – Bismarck Police have made an arrest in connection to a shooting that killed a 22-year-old man Sunday night.
Police say Loton Turner, 20, of Mandan was arrested just after 5:00 p.m. Monday on suspicion of murder. Officers found Turner near the 2800 block of Gateway Avenue.
Croix Clooten, 22, was found inside a vehicle with a fatal gunshot wound just after 11:10 p.m. Sunday night. Officers responded near 35th St N and East Rosser Ave. They attempted life saving measures, but Clooten later died at a hospital.
Police say the investigation is still active, and they’re working to conduct follow up interviews and process more evidence.
