FARGO, N.D. (KFGO) – The Fargo Police Department is asking for the public’s help after multiple gunshots were fired during a large disturbance downtown early Saturday morning.
No injuries have been reported and no arrests have been made following the incident, according to Capt. Matt Christensen of the Criminal Investigations Division.
An officer working in the department’s Real Time Center first spotted a disturbance in the 10 block of Broadway North around 2:01 a.m. Officers already in the area responded to the scene in less than a minute.

Police contained the scene to investigate. A short time later, officers detained one person for questioning and searched a vehicle, but no firearm was located.
As of Saturday morning, no victims have been identified and no weapons have been recovered. Investigators are continuing to review surveillance video and interview witnesses to identify others involved.
