FARGO (KFGO) – A 19-year-old Fargo man is in the Cass County jail after being accused of threatening another person and firing a gunshot at him.
Police say around 2:30 a.m. Friday, an officer was on the phone with the victim after he reported a threatening text message from Henok Francis. The victim told the officer he saw Francis and shortly after the officer heard a bang that turned out to be a gunshot.
Officers responded to the 4300 block of Estate Drive S. in the Osgood neighborhood and set up a perimeter. While searching the area, officers learned Francis may be a few blocks away and responded to that area.
