He told deputies he forgot the drugs were on him. A courthouse guard who found the “white chalky substance” experienced heart palpitations and light-headedness, requiring medical treatment before recovering. Arakaki faces charges for bringing contraband to jail and committing a felony while on bail, with bond set at $20,000. He was previously arrested November 24 when deputies found 2.7 pounds of fentanyl worth $40,000, methamphetamine, mushrooms, 500 plastic baggies, and $3,500 cash in his BMW near a Millbrae gas station.
