Sharon Czaplinsky, 45, faces her second public indecency charge in three months after a November 30th incident at a Marathon Winn-Dixie parking lot. Deputies responding to a 911 call about public sexual activity found Czaplinsky with Marshall Lowery, 43, and Michael Howard, 59. According to arrest reports, Czaplinsky was on her back with pants down while Lowery performed oral sex. Howard was nearby with exposed genitals. All three face charges including indecent exposure and disorderly intoxication. They pleaded not guilty and await December 22 arraignment. Lowery posted $3,500 bail while the others remain jailed. In August, Czaplinsky was arrested for similar conduct at a Tom Thumb gas station with Vincent Crews, 61. Both pleaded no contest to disorderly conduct charges, with Czaplinsky receiving probation.
