British singer Lola Young is reportedly “okay now” after collapsing onstage during her performance at New York’s All Things Go festival on Saturday (September 27), where she was quickly carried off by medical staff. Young later gave fans a health update on her Instagram Story, “I am doing okay now. Thank you for all of your support,” she wrote, before confirming that she won’t be playing All Things Go in Washington, D.C. on Sunday. “I love this job and I never take my commitments and audience for granted so I’m sorry to those who will be disappointed by this,” she added. “I hope you’ll give me another chance in the future. To all the people that love to be mean online, pls give me a day off. ❤️ Lola“ The incident followed her cancellation of a New Jersey show a day earlier due to mental health concerns, which she addressed earlier in Saturday’s performance, acknowledging that she had a “tricky couple of days” but she chose to perform anyway despite those challenges.
