Following a night of drinking with friends, Beyhan Mutlu from the city of Inegol, Turkey, went missing in the woods. Concerned for his whereabouts, his wife alerted authorities when they were unable to reach the 50-year-old. Unknowingly, Mutlu stumbled upon his own search party and decided to lend a hand with the rescue efforts. It wasn’t until one of the rescuers called out his name that he realized they were looking for him. Mutlu humorously responded, “I’m here,” and confessed to not realizing the situation until then. He jokingly requested not to be harshly punished, citing concerns about his father’s reaction. Eventually, Mutlu was escorted home. (Yahoo!)
