A French motorist confessed to driving without a valid license since 1997. After being pulled over for a routine traffic stop, police say the motorist admitted that his license had been revoked and he never reapplied for it. The Rhone resident compared his old license to “an expired but still edible yogurt.” Police were also shocked to find that the vehicle he was driving was not covered by insurance. While he may have set a record for longest time driving a vehicle without a valid license, all he won was a day in court. (Oddity Central)
