Bride-to-Be Stabs Husband in the Neck During Wedding Planning Argument
A Wisconsin bride-to-be took wedding stress to a whole new level after allegedly stabbing her fiancรฉ in the neck during a fight over their wedding venue.
Kailee Brantner, the bride in question, was arrested last week after police arrived at their home to find her fiancรฉ holding a towel to his bleeding neck while she casually sat on the couch nearby. Officers also recovered a pink-handled kitchen knife with suspicious red liquid on the blade.
According to reports, the argument began when the groom-to-be discovered messages between Brantner and his mother, which led to a heated dispute over whether they should host their wedding at home. At some point, Brantner allegedly attacked him โwithout warning.โ
After being taken into custody, Brantner was charged with first-degree recklessly endangering safety with a dangerous weapon in a domestic abuse case. She was released on a $3,500 bond and ordered to stay at least a mile away from her boyfriend until her next court hearing on February 13. If convicted, she could face up to 30 years in prison.
There is no word yet on whether the wedding is still on, but something tells us these two wonโt be sending out save-the-dates anytime soon.
