ST. CLOUD, Minn. – A Saint Cloud woman accused of stabbing her three-month-old son, putting the body in a plastic garbage bag, and throwing it in a dumpster is pleading guilty to second-degree murder.
A competency exam in February 2022 determined Fardoussa Abdillahi, 28, was mentally unfit to face the charge.
A judge later determined Abdillahi was restored to competency after a review of her progress report.
