ST. PAUL, Minn. – A Minneapolis man has been found guilty of felony possession of a machine gun.
According to prosecutors, 28-year-old Marques Armstrong, Jr. had a Glock pistol with a high-capacity magazine and an “auto sear,” which makes it a fully-automatic machine gun.
Armstrong is prohibited from having guns or ammunition due to previous state and federal convictions.
