Christian Roberto López Rodríguez from Spain has broken his own Guinness World Record by completing 100 meters backwards in high heels in 16.55 seconds. The accomplished record-breaker improved on his previous time of 20.05 seconds, which he set during an appearance on Spanish TV series La Noche De Los Récords. Guinness World Records rules required Rodríguez to wear shoes with heels at least 2.76 inches tall and no wider than .59 inches at the tip. Rodríguez currently holds more than 80 Guinness World Records titles, including fastest 400 meters in clogs at 1 minute and 1.38 seconds, fastest 100 meters wearing flip flops at 12.10 seconds, and fastest mile traveled while balancing a pool cue on a finger at 5 minutes and 52.30 seconds.
