Martin Kove, known for his role as John Kreese in The Karate Kid and Cobra Kai, has issued a public apology to his co-star Alicia Hannah-Kim after an incident at a fan convention. Kove said he “deeply regrets and apologizes” for his actions, acknowledging that he went “too far” and there is “no excuse” for his behavior. According to a police report, Kove allegedly bit Hannah-Kim’s arm “so hard he nearly drew blood” after she tapped him on the shoulder to say hello. Kove claimed he was being “playful,” but Hannah-Kim, who did not want to press charges, asked for a report to be filed in case the incident continues. (Variety)
