Brianna Laird, a 21-year-old from Iowa, was arrested for burning stolen American flags in Bussey. Police responded to a report of a nude female burning flags around 4:25 AM. Laird was found without pants or underwear, with an American flag tied around her head. She resisted arrest, kicking two officers, and was in possession of drug paraphernalia. The flags belonged to the city of Bussey, leading to charges including arson, assault, indecent exposure, theft, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
