Czech police have charged a 22-year-old fake dentist and two assistants for treating patients without a license. The trio operated an illegal clinic in their home, where the young man conducted extractions, root canals, and administered anesthesia based on internet instructions. The group, including a 50-year-old nurse and a 44-year-old prosthetic device producer, made approximately four million Czech koruna from their activities. All three have pleaded guilty to charges including operating an illegal business, money laundering, and drug dealing. The Czech dental chamber president noted an average of 10 fake dentist cases reported annually in the country. The trio faces up to eight years in prison. (Bbc)
