A recent poll of 2,000 adults revealed that 48% enjoy cereal for breakfast, but 32% worry about it becoming soggy. For 15%, a soggy bowl can ruin their entire morning. Interestingly, 14% prefer fully soaked cereal, while 51% prefer it crunchy. Kellogg’s has introduced Oaties, a new cereal designed to resist sogginess. The study also found that 91% of Brits use cow’s milk with their cereal, with oat milk and almond milk being popular substitutes. Some adventurous toppings include ice cream, avocado, and even cheese or a hard-boiled egg. Despite these variations, traditional toppings like fresh fruit, honey, and yogurt remain popular choices.
