A drunk, pantless Florida man has been accused of giving a false name to police. The man, who was allegedly intoxicated and walking around a parking lot wearing a shirt and no pants, identified himself as “Charles Dickens” when police asked his name. However, officials soon learned the man’s real name was Vincent Conroy. Conroy has been charged with providing a false name to law enforcement, among other charges. (The Smoking Gun)
