Daring Duo Steals NYC Subway Train for Late-Night Joyride and Gets Away!
A couple in New York City managed to steal a subway train and take it on a joyride! It happened just after midnight last Thursday at the Briarwood station in Queens. The pair—a man and woman—were caught on surveillance footage hijacking the train and, after a short spin, crashing it into another train.
Transit officials are still scratching their heads over how the couple managed to get the train moving in the first place. Now, police are seeking the public’s help in identifying the suspects, especially the woman who was dressed in head-to-toe pink, including a distinctive shower cap.
While it may sound like something out of a heist movie, this incident is no laughing matter. Officials are determined to track down the train thieves, and with the clear images released, they hope someone will recognize the suspects soon.
