Guy Falls Through 3 Hotel Room Ceilings After Robbing a Waffle House
In Cumberland County, Tennessee, a man’s night took a wild turn after robbing a Waffle House. Dispatch received a call about the robbery, and when officers arrived at the scene, they found a man wielding a folding knife and assaulting two employees. He fled the scene with $388 in cash, heading towards a wooded area behind a nearby Marathon gas station.
The chase didn’t end there. Police received another call from the Red Roof Inn, reporting that the suspect might be hiding in their building. Officers eventually located the man hiding in the attic, having accessed it through a utility room door.
In an attempt to evade capture, the man started throwing money at the officers and refused to comply with their commands. The chaos culminated in him falling through the ceilings of not one, not two, but three separate hotel rooms before finally being taken into custody.
