ROCHESTER, Minn. – A Rochester man will not serve prison time for sexually abusing a girl under the age of 10.
Paul Collopy, 64, entered a guilty plea last year to second-degree criminal sexual conduct for molesting a girl he was caring for. Police said Collopy abused the girl after school from April 2021 through May 2021, getting the youth to touch him while he supervised her.
Collopy was sentenced to five years probation, 30 days in jail, and completion of a sex offender program.
