DEVILS LAKE, N.D. (KFGO/KZZY) – A northeastern North Dakota man is facing multiple felonies after threatening a family in a Devils Lake parking lot Wednesday.
According to the Devils Lake Police Department, the 64-year Warwick man approached a family of four in the City Plaza parking lot shortly before 6 p.m. and pulled out a knife.
The man is accused of repeatedly asking the family if they “want to die today,” before leaving the scene.
Police arrested the suspect a short time later after a traffic stop.
The man is facing multiple counts of felony terrorizing and DUI charges.
