MINNEAPOLIS – Fans heading to and from the Twins’ weekend series against the Mets, or the Vikings’ Sunday season-opener against Tampa Bay, should be aware of some major road closures in the Twin Cities.
Northbound I-35W is closed between I-494 and 78th Street. Southbound I-35W is closed between the Crosstown Highway 62 and I-494.
Coming in from the north, eastbound I-94 is closed between I-694 and I-394 in downtown Minneapolis.
