WAHPETON, N.D. (KFGO) – A man was hurt at a work site north of Wahpeton Friday morning.
Dwight Fire and Rescue was called to Minn-Dak Farmers Cooperative around 9:30 a.m. where an employee had fallen 10 to 15 feet into an empty pit.
Chief Luke Kasowski said he doesn’t know what led to the fall. Crews were able to get the man out of the pit, and he was flown to a Fargo hospital.
The man was awake after the incident, but there is no word on his current condition.
