MINNEAPOLIS – A man has pleaded guilty to second-degree murder in the spring 2021 deadly shooting of a nine-year-old girl playing on a trampoline in the back yard of her friend’s home in north Minneapolis.
Dpree Robinson will receive a 37-year prison term when he’s sentenced later this month.
Investigators say it was a gang-related drive-by shooting, and Trinity Ottoson-Smith, the trampoline and her friends were directly between Robinson and his intended targets.
