- Richland (4-4) at Maple River (5-3)
- Larimore (4-4) at North Star (4-4)
- Mohall-Lansford-Sherwood (4-5) vs. Surrey (5-3)
- Kidder County (2-6) at Hettinger County (4-4)
- Hettinger-Scranton (4-4) at South Border (7-1)
- New Rockford-Sheyenne (4-4) at North Border (5-3)
- Tioga (5-3) at Westhope-Newburg-Glenburn (5-3)
Each region winner receives a bye this weekend, and were seeded 1-8 on a coaches’ vote.
