CHICAGO, Ill. – A 41-year-old man suspected of shooting five people – killing three of them – in St. Paul on Sunday has been arrested in Chicago. The name of the man hasn’t been released but he is known to be from Minneapolis.
33-year-old Angelica Gonzales, 42-year-old Cory Freeman, and 44-year-old Maisha Spaulding died in the shooting at the east St. Paul home which investigators said was one of the most complex crime scenes they’d investigated in many years.
Two other people were wounded in the shooting and it isn’t known how severe their injuries are.
