What the what!? Why can’t some people just be nice when someone else makes a mistake!
An employee at a hotel in Hartsville, South Carolina accidentally gave a couple the key to someone else’s room over the weekend. Then instead of giving it back, they went in and STOLE a bunch of stuff. They were staying right next door and put all the stuff in the back of their truck outside. So it was in plain view, which was pretty dumb.
It turned out the people they robbed were construction workers. And when they got back from their jobsite, they saw their stuff sitting in the truck. So they stole it back. The two thieves were watching though and decided to confront them. The guy had a KNIFE, and it sounds like the woman with him had a stun gun. The construction workers didn’t have any weapons but they had tools. So one of them grabbed a four-foot level and they fought back with it.
Police posted the details on Facebook and said the level ended up getting bent. So they hit the guy pretty hard. No word on what kind of charges the two of them are facing.
