LE CENTER, Minn. (KFGO) – A woman killed in a home explosion and fire near Le Center is identified as 20-year-old Kailey Mach of Montgomery.
Her family says Mach was a student at Augsburg University and hoped to become a teacher. Mach was house-sitting for a family late Saturday night when there was an explosion. Crews discovered Mach in the basement while putting out the fire.
Authorities are still trying to determine what caused the explosion.
