Fargo notify public of high risk sex offender

FARGO, N.D. – Fargo Police are notifying the community about a high risk sex offender who is registered as Homeless in Fargo.
Jesse Lee Janke, 34 years old, was convicted in Cass County, ND court in Dec. 2016 of patronizing a minor for sexual activity. The victim was a law enforcement officer posing as a 16 yr old female.
Janke was assessed as a high-risk offender by the North Dakota Sex Offender Risk Assessment Committee. He is a lifetime registrant.
