Lance becomes the third NDSU quarterback drafted in the last six years.
Carson Wentz was selected with the No. 2 pick by the Philadelphia Eagles in the 2016 draft.
Easton Stick was selected with the No. 166 pick by the Los Angeles Chargers in the 2019 draft.

17-0 as a starting quarterback at NDSU and part of the 2018 & 2019 national championship teams.
Passed for 2,786 yards, 28 touchdowns and 0 interceptions, while adding 1,100 yards rushing and 14 touchdowns on the ground in the 2019 season.
Won the STATS Walter Payton Award and STATS FCS Jerry Rice Award in 2019.
Passed for 3,026 yards, rushed for 1,177 yards and scored 51 touchdowns (passed for 33) during his high school career at Marshall High School.
