The Pride of Dakota Holiday Showcase will return to the Bismarck Event Center with a new look, this weekend (Dec. 4-6).
This year’s Holiday Showcase features more than 100 companies offering unique, North Dakota-made products, and shoppers will find thousands of products to choose from, including gourmet food, personal care, pottery, photography, and more adds says North Dakota Agriculture Commissioner Doug Goehring.
He says the showcase provides an opportunity for citizens to support the companies who make, manufacture, process or produce goods in the state. I support our Pride of Dakota companies and recognize their ongoing contribution to our state’s economy.
Showcase hours are 4 p.m. to 9 p.m., Friday; 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Saturday, and 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., Sunday. Free admission and shopping bags are sponsored by the Bank of North Dakota College SAVE Plan. Parking is also free for Pride of Dakota shoppers in lots C and D.
The North Dakota Department of Agriculture has been working with the Bismarck Event Center and Bismarck-Burleigh Public Health. Masks are mandated and the showcase floor will be set up with one-way shopping traffic with added space between booths. Hand sanitizer stations will be set up throughout the showcase for shoppers’ convenience. The Bismarck Event Center staff will be wiping down frequently touched areas throughout the showcase and thoroughly cleaning the facility the duration of the event.
