At first I was nervous, could I make it 7 weeks without beer? I did! CHEERS
My other main concern was “What would I eat?” I LOVE fast food – Now you can make fast food keto friendly – a burger with no bun, but surprisingly I did not eat any fast food. That’s because Coach Amy made that super EASY giving us a meal plan and well as her
cookbook
– which has AMAZING recipes.
Not only have I lost weight going keto, I feel better overall. My anxiety and depression are improving. I think more clear at work and am not so scatterbrained. I also feel that my mood is better, I am not so angry all the time – my boyfriend can vouch for me on that!
