LONDON, Oct 21 (Reuters) – Ghana’s President John Dramani Mahama, when asked about Russian involvement in security in the Sahel, said on Wednesday that anyone committed to fighting terror is welcome.
Mahama told the Financial Times Africa Summit in London that he was not concerned about security assistance from Russia for countries in the region.
“My opinion on this is that anybody who is committed to the fight against terrorism is welcome,” he said.
