FARGO (KFGO) – Three young men are in the Cass County Jail after allegedly holding two people at gunpoint in a Fargo apartment building and stealing more than $600 along with a rifle and phone.
Erick Scott, Gregory Rogers-Mckinney and Kennedy Dolo, all younger than 21, each face charges of armed robbery, terrorizing and criminal mischief in connection with the incident.
Court Documents say Fargo Police were called to the apartment just after 4:20 p.m. September 11. When they arrived the victims told officers they answered a knock on the door and immediately had firearms pointed at their heads and were told to not move.
A victim’s mother reportedly chased the robbers out of the apartment, and told police they left the area in a dark grey SUV.
Court documents say during the investigation, one victim told police that he had been robbed by the men before. During that robbery, the victim was reportedly trying to sell the men marijuana products. The victim said the men took a different gun, a quarter pound of marijuana, 40 THC cartridges and $400 cash. The victim reportedly told police that he did not report the robbery because it involved the sale of illegal drugs.
On September 15 around 1:48 p.m., Members of the Metro Street Crimes Unit say they found what they believed to be the SUV connected to the robbery parked outside a house. Officers waited until Scott, Rogers-Mckinney and Dolo got into the SUV and conducted a traffic stop that resulted in them being arrested.
Scott’s permanent address is listed in Fargo. Dolo and Rogers-Mckinney are from Moorhead.
