WASHINGTON – (KFGO) – The U.S. Departments of Education and State open foreign funding investigations into the University of North Dakota.
They say reviews of university records on its School of Aerospace’s uncrewed air systems program shows the submission of incomplete, inaccurate and untimely disclosures.
That includes records related to the university’s agreements with foreign entities and of UND personnel in foreign government talent programs.
University of North Dakota is a research institution that receives taxpayer support for the development of critical and emerging technologies and needs to disclose foreign source gifts and contracts of $250,000 or more.
